We will definitely be back thank you very muchPosted on Google Brian JohnsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My name is Brian. I had been considering purchasing a 3D printer for quite a while but I was concerned at my age that I may not be able to cope with the technology behind them. I had noticed the prices had been coming down and then I noticed a new store open in Rockingham city shopping centre next to the post office called Telespace Ucomputers that sold the 3D printers. So I gathered as much information as I could find and then visited the store. I had many questions and the staff were very patient with me and answered them all without any guarantee of a sale. I had decided which printer I wanted which was the largest size being the Creality K2 Plus. Catherine a staff member said to me that they did not have that unit in stock and suggested that I only needed the Creality K2 Pro which is only 50mm smaller in all 3 axis. She told me that the Pro was also $800 cheaper. I was incredibly surprised that she suggested a much cheaper printer but I was to discover that Telespace in Rockingham places FAR MORE importance on sales service than the sale itself. The owner of the store Dileepa , Catherine and Ashwyn were to be of immense help and technical support. After purchasing the Creality K2 Pro I have discovered that operating the printer is VERY EASY. A very special thank you must also go to Terry who has been an enormous help with technical knowledge and experience that he has taught me. I would gladly travel completely across Perth just to purchase from the Rockingham store. Thanks very much guys. I am so happy.Posted on Google Carly ZuppTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These guys are super lovely, super knowledgeable, super helpful! I was putting off getting a new laptop for years! I took it in to see what hardware I'd need to upgrade, unfortunately my laptop was so old the hardware for what I needed wouldnt work 🤣 I had a look around and definitely got the better deal with my new laptop with these guys. They were super helpful transferring everything over and reinstalling my programs. If I ever need anything for my laptop I know I can come here and the guys here will actually help me out. Thanks heaps!Posted on Google Jack DohertyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve spent years trying to find a computer shop I could genuinely trust. Unfortunately, I’ve been ripped off more times than I can count because I have very little knowledge about PCs. Being severely dyslexic makes it even harder, as I rely on honest people who are willing to explain things instead of taking advantage of me. About a year ago I found Telespace, and from the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed. I explained my situation and that I was looking for someone I could trust with my computer. From that day on, the entire team treated me with nothing but honesty, patience and respect. When I brought my PC in, they took the time to explain every single component inside it, what each part did, what was outdated, and what actually needed replacing. At no point did anyone try to upsell me or pressure me into buying things I didn’t need. Instead, they worked within the budget I gave them and came up with the best possible solution. Rather than simply replacing parts, they rebuilt my PC around my budget using the components that made the most sense for what I wanted to do. Every time a new part arrived, they called me to keep me updated. Before installing everything, they even invited me back into the shop and walked me through each component, explaining what it did, showing me the specifications, and why it had been chosen. They listened to the games I wanted to play and tailored the entire build around my needs. When I finally got my PC home and turned it on, it honestly felt like my childhood had been reborn. It brought back the excitement I had been missing for years. In a world where it’s hard to know who you can trust, Telespace has earned mine completely. They are a genuine family-owned business that truly cares about their customers. Their honesty, knowledge, communication and customer service are second to none. I cannot recommend Telespace highly enough. If you’re looking for a computer shop that will treat you with respect, explain everything clearly, work within your budget and never try to rip you off, this is the place to go. Thank you to the entire team—you’ve gained a customer for life.Posted on Google Erica WTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend for laptop repair. They are reasonably priced and care about computers. You might have to wait a little while to get your computer back, but they do a good job and don't rip people off.Posted on Google Review9x19Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recently I bought a new computer for my friend and a server for myself. Both work flawlessly, and were delivered in a short time frame. The cable management in the build was very good looking and it was nice to not have to do it myself for once, haha.
