STL and OBJ work best. If you only have a photo or a rough sketch, bring it in and we can talk through what is achievable.
Yes. Bring the broken piece in and we will measure and model a replacement.
It depends on the material and how the part is printed. PETG and ABS hold up well for functional parts, PLA is better suited to display pieces, and we will tell you honestly if 3D printing is not the right fix for something.
